Thousands attended the Newport Food Festival again on October 11. There was a great atmosphere in the city centre with a fine variety of outlets in High Street, street food in John Frost Square and exhibitors in Market Arcade and Newport Arcade. Newport Market played host to celebrity chef demonstrations including local boy and Saturday Kitchen host Matt Tebbutt. It was a stunning success. My only gripe – the lack of pay machines in the Kingsway Car Park. Please get them fixed.
